Hi! I'm Amy and I'm so glad you've stopped by! This is me and my husband, Tim.
I've been blogging here at Living and Learning at Home since 2011. It started as a place to share about life, focusing on teaching my son for preschool. It has grown into a classical homeschooling blog, providing encouragement, inspiration, and resources for other classical homeschoolers.
My husband and I have been married for 10 years. I was the ripe old age of 20 when we got married and I am so blessed to be married to a great guy. Even before we had kids, I dreamed of being a homeschool mom one day =) Once we had our firstborn in 2008 I couldn't wait to start! When he turned two, we officially started incorporating school time into our days.
Now my son is 5 years old, my little girl is 4 years old, and we are full-time homeschooling family! I love to use this blog to share with you what we are learning, free printables that I have created, curriculum reviews, and lots more!
Each Tuesday you can stop by for classical homeschooling ideas and encouragement from ladies all over the web at my link-up, Trivium Tuesdays.
On most Fridays you will find us discussing a book that we are going through, something that is relevant to classical homeschooling moms. This ongoing series is called Classical Mamas Read.
If you want to stay connected, I'd love for you to follow me on social media or by subscribing to my newsletter! I look forward to learning and growing with you!
